While we are happy to see walk-in clients, we prefer that you set an appointment. If we are unable to see your pet at the time, we can admit your pet to the hospital and do the exam or procedure later in the day.
When cancelling an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We may charge a $25 no-show fee if adequate notice is not given when cancelling an appointment.
For procedures that require hospitalization, a 50% prepayment of the estimated charges is required at the time of admission.
Returned checks are subject to a $20 processing fee, in addition to any charges imposed by your bank.
For the safety of our staff, as well as for the protection of your family and pets, we require that all pets be current on their rabies vaccination in order to be seen by our staff. We can vaccinate your pet on your first visit if necessary.
If your pet received this vaccine at another facility, please bring proof of vaccination, in the form of a valid rabies certificate, to your first visit.
Our veterinary support staff members are trained in the art of animal handling. For everyone's safety, we ask that you allow our staff to handle your pet during exams and other procedures.
