We do not see walk-in appointments, so please book an appointment ahead of time.
When cancelling an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We may charge a $25 no-show fee if adequate notice is not given when cancelling an appointment. Remember, this is time we are reserving for you and your pet, and we can use the time for other sick pets if we have notice.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash. Returned checks are subject to a $20 processing fee, in addition to any charges imposed by your bank. Our veterinary support staff members are trained in the art of animal handling. For everyone’s safety, we ask that you allow our staff to handle your pet during exams and other procedures.
For the safety of our staff, as well as for the protection of your family and pets, we require that all pets be current on their rabies vaccination in order to be seen by our staff. We can vaccinate your pet on your first visit if necessary. If your pet received this vaccine at another facility, please bring proof of vaccination, in the form of a valid rabies certificate, to your first visit.
