Judy Schroeder, DVM
Growing up in the Seattle area, Dr. Schroeder always enjoyed nursing and medicating the family’s many pets and horses when they were ill. She graduated with dual degrees in veterinary medicine from Oregon State University and Washington State University in 1994, and has been practicing in Lane County ever since. She loves all aspects of veterinary practice, including internal medicine, dermatology, diagnostic ultrasound, dog kisses, and cat hair. Outside of work she spends her time reading, hiking, and training in dog agility and musical freestyle with her two border collies, Sylvie and Rey. She and her husband Charlie also share their rural home with two cats, Rufus and Elsie.

Ashley “Niki” Fadden, DVM
Dr. Fadden grew up on the Oregon Coast in Brookings. She graduated from Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. Her areas of interest include preventive health, dermatology, internal medicine, and feline medicine. She is the AAFP veterinary Cat Advocate for the practice. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, getting kitty snuggles from her two cats Luna and Clover, reading, and baking.

Andrew Tesh, DVM
Dr. Tesh grew up in College Station, TX and is a proud 2010 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. After visiting the PNW and Eugene on a vacation in 2021, he knew that he belonged at Animal Health Associates. His areas of interest in practice are general and minor orthopedic surgery, cardiology, pain management and wellness care. His hobbies are hiking, gardening and performance automotive work. He is blessed to have a loving wife and two crazy dogs – Reggie and Murphy.

Noah Hoffman, DVM
Dr. Hoffman was born and raised here in Eugene, Oregon. He completed a Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon in 2017. Dr. Hoffman graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024. His professional interests include preventative medicine, oncology, and feline medicine. Dr. Hoffman enjoys spending time with his wife in his free time. He also enjoys indoor rock climbing, hiking, and playing video games.
